What to expect

Step 01

You, a family member or friend can request a appointment consultation with us for treatment of your lipoedema and lymphoedema condition by completing what we call a self-referral. You can do this with your GP’s support or without. And we’ll respond within 2 working days.

Step 02

One of our dedicated clinical team members will review your application and send through some more detailed questions, or talk over the phone to make a full clinical assessment and to understand how we can help you further.

Step 03

If your eligible for treatment, we’ll get you booked in for a full consultation and assessment appointment either via tele something or an in-person appointment at our treatment center in London. Where we’ll conduct a full assessment, which may include measurements for compression hosiery, skin care advice, exercises to help with your condition or other things.

Step 04

We’ll monitor your progress and then take a review around the 4-12 week mark. For this we’ll get you booked in for an appointment at our clinic. Where we’ll conduct a full assessment, which may include re-measurements for compression hosiery, lymphatic drainage, footwear advice, and new exercises to help with your condition or other things.

Step 05

We’ll book in one or two final session from 3-6 months where we’ll assess your progress and finalise any longer term needs or requirements for compression hosiery as well as equipping and empowering you to manage your condition going forward.
